Episode of Denzel is an OVA adaptation of On the Way to a Smile: Case of Denzel, a part of the novella set in between Final Fantasy VII and the feature film Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Episode of Denzel was released alongside the limited edition of Advent Children Complete. Episode of Denzel is also the second anime in the Compilation of Final Fantasy VII, after Last Order -Final Fantasy VII-, another OVA previously released with the original version of Advent Children.
